Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. It is not a finished sale yet.
We call you from +91 96381 82251, our WhatsApp number to check your machine model, the size, the price, the delivery charge, the delivery date and how you will pay. The contract forms when we confirm your order with you on that call.
We also email you a copy of your order as you placed it.
We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or the top you have chosen will not fit the machine you describe.
We do not take payment on this website. Payment is due after the confirmation call, and nothing is charged before we have spoken.
You can pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery. We agree which on the call.
Cash on delivery is paid when the order reaches you.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Every order comes with a GST invoice. If you want your business name and GSTIN on it, add them at checkout or tell us on the call.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If a price is clearly wrong we will tell you before taking payment and you are free to walk away.
Before we cut or send a top, we confirm the size and the machine cut-out with you on the call. For a size that isn’t listed, we confirm the final size with you before we cut it.
Colours and wood grain can look slightly different on screen from the real item, and natural wood varies from piece to piece.
What happens if an item arrives damaged, has a fault or is not what you ordered, and whether you can return it, is set out in our Warranty & Replacement and Returns & Refunds policies.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit for the purpose we agreed with you.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, by fitting that goes against the advice we gave you, or by using the item with a machine other than the one we confirmed with you on the call.
If a hole or cut-out does not line up with your machine, please stop. Send us a photo on WhatsApp before you drill or cut anything, and we will tell you what to do next.
